Eagle Lion Video was founded in September 1981. At the time "Eagle Lion" was the only company that could make English and European video recordings — commonly called the "PAL" system. The "Eagle" stands for America and the "Lion" stands for Great Britain.

Eagle Lion Video is a full-time wedding and special events video production company. Since its inception, they have taped over 3,000 weddings.
